a retrospective of the sound decor company
initiated by the plastic artist Pierre Gautreau, the gallery that did not (almost) do not exist (almost) Exhibits the company Decor Sound for its third season.
But how do you exhibit sound works? Permanent and ephemeral, living but on the verge of fainting, they are reluctant to the conventional forms of the exhibition. They stand, invisible, in the instant and perpetual composition of the sound landscape, or resident in the acoustic resurgences of certain apparently inanimate objects or plants, emitting a kind of aura made audible only under certain conditions. This is what the gallery offers you to live which did not (almost) not exist with its retrospective retracing several years of the company's acoustic work. From paths to trails and brush ribs, you will have to follow the guide which alone knows the calendars, the tracks and the processes to access the works. Good shoes and ears cleared of rigor.
At a time when the commodification and relocation of art is global and when its virtualization allows the worst speculations around the detention of allegedly unique works like the NFT (non -fungible tokens), the gallery that did not (almost) not invite you to share, free of charge, non -merchantable works therefore without price - or said otherwise, of invaluable value - and strictly non -reproducible.
