In 2022, the Territory Department of Belfort celebrates its centenary. The youngest department in France, the other departments having celebrated their 230th anniversary in 2020, the Territoire de Belfort will celebrate this anniversary by offering many events and festivities from March 11. The opportunity for everyone to discover or rediscover the singular history of a multi-faceted department and to promote the Lion Territory beyond our borders.


Major events such as the Eurockéennes will enhance the centenary in their own way, but many others have been set up for the occasion:


🗓 CENTENARY STROLL from July 12 to August 23

🗓 LIVING HISTORY FESTIVAL at the Citadel of Belfort and the Fort des Basses Perches from July 22 to 24

🗓BIG SOUND AND LIGHT SHOW “CONFLUENCE” on the Malsaucy site on September 10.
