After a good tasting lunch, the afternoon is devoted to the discovery of the terroirs and appellations with a reading of landscape in the Grands Crus of the Côte de Beaune, followed by a commented tasting on the themes of terroirs and vintages.
At the end of this day, you will be more comfortable in front of a glass of Burgundy and you will begin to find the right words to comment on the wines and share your impressions.
