As part of the launch of our edition/edition program intended to increase the visibility of French and European publishing houses, Bag invites Modulab, Gallery and artistic creation workshop in Metz. It will be an opportunity to discover their editions and the works of Luc Doerflinger, Benoît de Mijolla and Benjamin King.

Modulab:

Founded in 2011, The workshop - Galerie Modulab develops diffusion tools: exhibitions, publications, Editions of art and engages with the artists she supports. Modulab strengthens and brings together in this collective project, skills, Operating modes and tools necessary to make visible the work of artists of the French emerging scene which engages a reflection around the practices of the drawing and the multiple.

Modulab confirms his artistic project and ensures his presence in both the Grand Est region but also at the national and cross -border level. In addition to its programming of exhibitions on its premises, The gallery develops and contributes to the development of projects outside the walls: in places of contemporary institutional art, But also in interstitial and offbeat spaces. Modulab is present on proximity international fairs and events that allow us to build and develop lasting professional relationships and to understand a plurality of ecosystems (Drawing Now Art Fair, Paris art, Luxembourg Art Week, Art-Rama, Paréidolie Marseille).

Strong of its experience and its influence on the Grand Est territory, Modulab is also committed to artistic and cultural education by building singular projects in the field of visual arts related to its programming and through a reactive network of artists. Moreover, Modulab publishes and disseminates multiple artists in the field of the art print and values this work within public collections.
