The Moselly Prize is a literary prize which consists of a news competition organized by the Cercle d'Études Locales du Toulois (Celt). It was created in 1949 to honor the memory of the writer Toulois Émile Chenin dit Moselly (1870-1918), Goncourt Prize in 1907.

The text will be shipped in two formats: a digital format and a paper format.
