The Moselly Prize is a literary prize which consists of a news competition organized by the Cercle d'Études Locales du Toulois (Celt). It was created in 1949 to honor the memory of the writer Toulois Émile Chenin dit Moselly (1870-1918), Goncourt Prize in 1907.

2- Conditions

- Participants are authorized to present several news. Each text will be the subject of a separate shipment.

3- Presentation of the text

The text will be shipped in two formats: a digital format and a paper format.

- The paper format will be sent in 3 copies.
- It will be presented on A4 sheets, Recto verso prints and simply stapled.
