Among these, Some are usually classified as basic needs, physiological, essential or even fundamental.
They include the elements essential to survival: breathe, to drink, eat, protect yourself from cold and heat.
Some primary needs are met by nature, especially that of breathing, But the majority of them are not and require voluntary actions on our part.
At the end of the 3 modules offered, we will have :
Tackled, exercised and improved our actions and bodily reactions so that they are in line with our needs/values
Makes the distinction between these and those of others
And found the means to set up.
