-Popy what project management is, its definition and main characteristics

-Fenate the different stages of project management, From the initiation phase to the evaluation stage

-Re develop the different trees necessary for project management, in particular Tree of tasks and trees of responsibilities

-Planify these steps through different tools (Gantt, …)

-Fresh project monitoring (time, budget, quality, information and communication)
