As part of its regional health project 2018-2028, ARS Hauts de France launched in 2020 and 2021 3 calls for applications allowing the creation over 3 years of 11 territorialized support systems, composed of professionals trained in the prevention and management of infectious risk, Called "Hygiene Mobile Teams" (EMH).

In 2022, The creation of new EMH continues. The deposits of the application files are no longer conditioned by a call for candidates but will be educated on a case -by -case basis, According to the same criteria defined previously and specified below.

These EMH will be backed by operational hospital teams and will contact non -hospital EHPADs.

Its mission will be to help these EHPAD optimize their mobilization on prevention and control of infectious risk.

The criteria to be fulfilled to wear an EMH are:

• Being a hospital center or a private non -profit health establishment or a support for a territory hospital group (GHT) or a health cooperation group (GCS) with a well -structured EOH;
• Cover at least 4 nursing homes for the proper functioning of the team (0,28 ETP of a minimum hygienist);
• Having collected a written commitment of the EHPADs of the EOH implementation territory for a minimum period of 4 years;
• Respect a journey time not exceeding 1 hour go for on -site trips.

Support establishments having received a favorable opinion during previous calls for candidates can again apply for an extension request, as well as those who have received an unfavorable opinion taking into account the reasons for refusal.
