The history of the Petitclerc and Cousin families and their members, among which appear the notary and mayor of Vesoul Jean-Augustin Petitclerc, Geologist Paul Petitclerc, Journalist Auguste Gauvain, Lawyer Maurice Cousin and his son Collector Pierre Cousin, Gives the opportunity to discover the way in which Haut-Saône personalities contribute to local history and are also the reflection of the latter.

The exhibition thus highlights the importance of notarial archives and private archive funds to trace and deepen the history of families.


From October 11 to December 23, Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
