For a long time Marie-Ange Guilleminot wants to give otherwise to perceive or use objects that live and allow us to live in our daily lives. For example with the projectTouch, She wanted to question the approach and museography of heritage fashion collections which are too often considered visually for conservation needs, While they are made to be worn, To be embodied, To be inhabited by the body and its spirits.

With his projectTouchable, She decided, from the fund ofFashion Galliera-Musée Palais, to postpone and reproduce a chosen set of historical collections from the 18th century cloakroom to the 21st century to give them to touch, notably, but not only, By the visual deficient: to bring the clothes out of the windows. Treated in grays which are the fusion of the original colors of the ornaments or the work costumes, around forty-piece-plug-out pieces are contained in aTravel trunk Specially designed as a kind of fitting room and increased by a series of films and an artist's book. It then develops roaming that will allow, from Paris to Bordeaux and now in Nevers, to give everyone the freedom to touch these decisive objects of the history of taste, morality, passion, in appearance, of the sensitivity and civility of bodies.
