My national scene - Celso giménez la Tristura las ninas Zombie Siempre Exageran Las Cosas

In 1936, Spanish Republicans lost war.

Celso Villanueva, senior official of the Communist Party, is persecuted by nationalists.

He tries to run away with a comrade to France, by train.

Taken from a feeling, Celso descends before the border.

His companion continues.

This is the last time they will be seen.

Celso joins a group of maquisards.

A few days later, during an exchange of shots, a young man is abbatu.

Celso approaches the dead and takes his papers in the name of Angel Dubois.

It will be his new identity until the arrival of democracy, forty years later ...

This story is that of the grandfather of Celso Giménez.

With his accomplices from the Collective La Tristura, Itaso Araba and Violeta Gil, the playwright tells us about a creation crossed by the certainty that intimacy and poetry are political concepts.

At the crossroads of visual and documentary theaters, the trio also shares its fascination for legends, made of inaccurate elements, omissions, incredible adventures and a good dose of truth ...

On stage, a zombie girl returns, with joy and grace, on the life of celso-angel, this film black sometimes too real to be able to really believe it.

But after all, as we know: zombie girls always exaggerate things.
