Le groupe post-punk Canadien Preoccupations (anciennement connu sous le nom de Viet Cong) sortira enfin son 4e album "Arrangements" le 9 septembre. Après 3 albums sur le célèbre Jagjaguwar, cette fois complètement indépendants sous leur propre gestion.
